今天發了大學第一次期中考的資訊組織考卷，我拿到了21分，我並不感到沮喪因為我已經盡我所能，看完老師的計分方式，我才發現一直以來我的讀書方式是錯誤的，我只是不斷的把東西背下來而沒有去把它融會貫通，做學問不應該是這種態度，希望我能夠改善這個毛病。


IFLA成立ISBD修訂委員會, 於1981年正式規畫, 定期審視及修訂圖書、連續性出版品、靜畫資料及非書資料等ISBD。該委員會有三個主要目標: (1)協調各ISBD, 增加其一致性; (2)改進例子; (3)加強對非羅馬語系的編目員的支持。當年的短期目標是: (a)檢視等號的使用方法;(b)考慮國際音樂圖書館員學會對ISBD(NBM)的需求。至1980年代底, 以上兩個短期目標都已達成。

ISBD主要的目標是明定全球相容的敘述書目記錄, 幫助國家書目機構在國際間互相交換書目記錄。藉由規範著錄的細目、順序、標點符號, 期望達成三個目標: a)不同來源的書目資料, 得以互相交換, 甲國的書目資料可以輕易的被乙國的圖書館接受; b)跨越語文障礙, 即使不認識該語文, 仍可識得其記錄的內容; c)協助轉換傳統形式的書目記錄為電子形式的書目記錄。

 心得:

這禮拜老師教到了主要著錄來源和指定著錄來源，也在課堂中複習了中國編目規則的著錄層次和AACR2的三個著錄level，並在課堂的最後要求我們寫出來，這讓我們多多的複習著錄書目所要求的細目。
